Later on, he shared 4 principles and 4 steps that we should follow during our Marketing journey and career path.

Background Bio about him:
He was born in New York, United States. Then, he moved to Canada with his family when he was little. He mentioned that he has two typical South Indian parents while growing up in Toronto. He is an award-winning marketer, accomplished entrepreneur, and dynamic 2x TED TALK keynote speaker In 2004, he joined the military for Canadian Force. After he joined the military, he changed his mind about hating school and he decided to go back to school for Law at University of Toronto. In early 2000, he started making music videos with his friends for Google video and he won a 2nd place. When he was 17, he started to think about what he wanted to do and we should he do for his next step. As a smart entrepreneur, he created a few companies with different partners in the Marketing industry and his businesses are still going well.

 4 principles and 4 steps:

1) What you love
2) What the world needs
3) What you can be paid for
4) What you’re good at

1) Ideate (come up with new ideas)
2) Prototype (small experiment, internship)
3) Build (follow through 80% output and 20% input)
4) Analyze (be opened to all feedback)

Questions for Hamza:
Q#1
Do you have any suggestions for a job interview?
Answer: He suggested me to find a person who is currently working for the specific position I want to apply through LinkedIn. I need to be active and passionate at communicating with people in the same industry. He said that there is a 9 to 10 times chance to get introduced by that person, in order to get an interview afterwards. It is important to make connection with people online because there are many hidden jobs that are not being posted and published on Indeed or other job sites.

Q#2
What is your biggest fear in your entrepreneurs path?
Answer: His biggest fear is financial problem. A start up company is completely opposite with any big organization. Money cannot buy happiness, but money is very important for human especially we are getting older day by day.

What did I learn from him-Hamza Khan?

It is very essential to be confident in all kinds of circumstances and situations. Your confidence helps yourself to be a better you. We can’t always make the right decision, but each decision guides you to move on to the next step in your life. He is definitely a marvelous storyteller, content creator, creative speaker, and marketer. For content, we need to focus on 80% story and 20% tips. One main thing I found interesting is that he mentioned about work life fit of our future career path; Most people are nervous, fear, and anxious about their future life, but I do not agree with that. I am not 100% worried about finding a job because I believe that opportunities and chances save for people who have well prepared. Also, I believe that even though my hard skills are similar to most candidates at job interviews, my soft skills can definitely be surprised for those employers. From now on, I will start learning how to be a professional content creator and confident storyteller.
